Refund Policy

At Willkapacha Experience, our mission is to provide you with personalized, loving care that supports your spiritual growth and healing journey. We are committed to being as flexible as possible and are happy to accommodate short-notice bookings, as long as there is enough time for participants to complete their pre-retreat preparations.

To secure your retreat, we kindly request a 50% deposit. Please note that any transaction fees associated with your payment method are not included in the retreat cost. Your retreat will begin only after full payment has been received prior to your start date.

While retreat payments are non-refundable, we understand that life’s unexpected moments can arise. If necessary, you may reschedule your retreat within two years, provided the cancellation is due to circumstances outside of Willkapacha Experience’s control.

We encourage openness and transparency. To ensure we provide the highest level of care, please share any medical conditions or medications you are taking before booking, so we can guide you with the best possible support during your Ayahuasca retreat.

Honesty is vital for your safety and growth. We ask that you answer the health questionnaire truthfully, especially regarding medication, substance use, and trauma history, to ensure we can offer you the most safe and nurturing experience.

While Willkapacha Experience is a sacred, judgment-free space, we must prioritize your well-being. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline treatment for certain conditions, including pregnancy, heart surgery/pacemakers, severe mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder), or blood diseases.

If you find yourself unable to continue the retreat or are in possession of prohibited items or substances, no refunds—full or partial—will be provided.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of Willkapacha Experience. Your privacy and the sanctity of your journey are of utmost importance to us. We kindly ask that all participants respect one another’s space, needs, and personal journeys, cultivating a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere for all.

At the conclusion of each retreat, we take group photos to honor the journey and celebrate spiritual growth, but these images are never shared or posted without your consent.

Deposits to secure your booking can be made via the following methods:

  • Western Union: Payments in USD can be sent to the pay Eloy Quispe ccorahua via Western Union. Please email the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) of your payment to willkapachaexperience@gmail.com
  • PayPal: Payments in USD can be made to tayta.wayra@gmail.com Please note that transaction fees are not included in the package cost.
  • Bank Transfer: Payments in USD can be made to BCP Bank. Please include a $25 USD processing fee for bank transfers.
