Itinerary
1° step: local marquet purchase
We visit one of the local markets located 20 minutes from cusco city by bus in order to make (tupay) cultures meeting, trade, small talk and purchase of cooking ingredients coming directly from highland and local producers.
2° step: mañakuy (to actívate each consciousness)
Mañakuy (to invite the spirits to acitvate and concéntrate the energy of the products) with the guide of the ancestors, brothers and sisters we start with our medicine preparation (willka mijuna), enjoying in each step, interaccion and intención wich you place during the process likewise we integrate ourselves with harmony and love (munay) in order to sahre all this.
3° step: to enjoy the sacred medicine (food)
Time to share and recieve the medicine (mijuna) in our sacred templo with the blessing of the ancestors, we enjoy the prepared inka food wich feed our being, mind and body reminding us is very important and necesary to know what we are and what we eat; let´s live uniques moments in thhis kausaypacha (healthy and conscious life)
